Hey there! Hope the fam is doing great. As the year is about to end, I'm feeling quite excited about the new year and new things coming my way!! December has to be my favourite month this year as it came out to be quite productive and lucky for me. I got a lot of opportunities for my work, met a lot of great people this month plus my submissions went well. :P Haha!

I was quite excited about this post and couldn't hold anymore to share this one with you. So as buying a designer attire is not everyone's cup of tea (including me), but everyone has a dream of having those celebrity feels in that favourite piece of cloth. Date The Ramp is coming to the rescue here.

Recently I collaborated with Date The Ramp, a luxury fashion rental website which helps you experience designer fashion.

The website is all about renting fashion labels for your special occasions so you could feel that celebrity in you. They've a wide range of designer clothes and accessories which are love at first sight. I ordered two dresses from two different labels; Ritu Kumar and Deme by Gabriella and felt absolutely amazing carrying them.

LOOK 1 - Black Beauty Long Dress by Ritu Kumar

Ritu Kumar is the first designer to introduce boutique culture in India and deals in bridal couture and is known for her unique style that subtly reflects the Indian culture and traditions through her contemporary outfits.

I'm wearing this black gown from Label Ritu Kumar. The dress is quite simple but comes out to be perfect when carried. Specially the work on neck which is subtle but an amazing piece of creativity. Not to forget the neckline and back; they equally add elegance to the dress.

LOOK 2 - The Sandra Gown by Deme by Gabriella

Established in 2012 , by designer Gabriella Demetriades, Deme, is a premium end, ready to wear women’s clothing label. Synonymous with elegant, well designed and beautiful garments Gabriella’s passion for making women feel gorgeous comes through in each collection.

The gown by Deme was surely love at first sight. From colour to fitting and feeling amazing was 10/10. I enjoyed carrying this gown and was mesmerised by the design and the look of the gown. This gown is surely made to hit the ramp and make an appearance.

So I'm back again with another post for this week. Till date, I've not done any beauty related post and this was the one you guys voted for that how I use coffee for beauty purposes in my daily life. So I finally managed to write this post for you.
I've been using coffee for my beauty benefits from a really long time and found the results quite good. As coffee is rich in caffeine, it helps a lot to boost your skin when applied.

Here are 5 beauty uses for coffee I use in my daily life :

1) HAIR SHINE & COLOUR

Have you ever tried colouring your hair without using any chemicals? Well, give it a try now because coffee comes to rescue. Colouring hair with coffee doesn't give you results in one go but it surely works. Add colour and shine to your hair with these simple steps -

Ingredients :
- 2 tbs Coffee
- 1/2 cup conditioner

Steps:
- Shampoo your hair before beginning with the process.
- Mix one tbsp coffee in half cup water or brew the coffee grounds and set it aside to cool.
- Mix 1/2 cup conditioner with 1 tbsp coffee.
- Mix the brewed coffee with the conditioner to make a paste.
- Apply the paste to your hair and and wash it off after 50-60 mins with cold water.

Results will not show up in the first go until you repeat the process for 3-4 times.

2) BODY SCRUB

I recently found out that it is the caffeine in the scrub that helps reduce cellulite. So rather that buying a scrub from outside which have chemicals too, I tried making one at home only with natural ingredients as coffee and coconut oil are rich in antioxidants, which are very beneficial for the skin.

Ingredients :

- Coffee

- Olive Oil

- Sugar

Steps :

- Mix coffee, coconut oil and sugar together according to your desired amount and apply the scrub to your body.

- Use this scrub 1-2 times in a week (or daily if you want)

3) LIP BALM

What's better than caring for your lips with natural products rather than using artificial ingredients? I read about the coffee lip balm long back but never gave it a shot. But recently, I tried making my own coffee lip balm and after using it regularly, my lips got soften and started regaining their original pink colour. It also helped me to get rid of the dryness and results were quite effective.

Ingredients :

- 1/4th tbsp Coffee
- 1/4th tbsp Honey

Steps :
- Mix coffee and honey to make a soft paste and apply it to your lips gently massaging them clock-wise.
- Leave the balm on your lips for 5-10 mins and then rinse it off with cold water or wipe it with a tissue.
- Repeat the steps 3-4 times a week.

4) FACE PACK

We all love beautifying our faces with different type of face packs and other face products to make our skin glow more and look more beautiful. Nothing is better than making a face pack at home and applying it without any fear. As coffee is the best ingredient to boost your skin, why not use it to make a face pack?

Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Coffee
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rose Water

Steps :
- Mix 1 tbsp of each ingredient together to make a paste.
- Start applying this pack on each corner of your face using a cotton.
- Keep this mask for 10-15 minutes. Let it dry.
- Wash your face with cold water.

5) BEAUTIFIES FEET

As winters are approaching, our feet are prone to get dry and the heels have cracks. Dry and flaky feet can be unsightly especially during cold winter. So why not make a feet beautifying scrub to soften cracked heels, moisturise and soften them.

Ingredients :

- 1 tbsp Coffee

- Coconut Oil

Steps :
- Mix 1 tbsp coffee with enough coconut oil to make a rough paste.
- Prepare a warm tub of hot soapy water and immerse your feet.
- While your feet are soaking, use the scrub on them in gentle circular motions.
- Wash the scrub with warm water.

So these are the 5 beauty uses for coffee which I use in my daily life. The results for each of them are quite effective and are helpful for anytime use. Hope this post was of some help to you.
